Racism and Religious Intolerance Playing A Role

Charleston SC, Birthplace of American Racism

Could it be that old cultural habits and stereotypes persist?

In yesterday’s post about Kristin Mehera Leiter Golestan‘s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Temporary Injunction (to get me to take down this site), I shared the following:

They are certainly giving the appearance of using deceit, misinformation, and innuendo to sway the Charleston Family Court into throwing me into prison if I don’t take down this site.

SC Family Court Threatens Human Rights of Iranian-American Muslim

I’m lucky enough to have been advised by my attorney to exercise caution in my conversations with Kristin, and following his advice, I’ve been recording every conversation and am sharing them here. The following leave no doubt as to Kristin’s racism and religious intolerance of my Iranian-American Muslim heritage, as well as casting stones at others. Let’s have a listen to Kristin saying she wants to change our children’s last name because it sounds Muslim:

Unfair Trial

Even she said that she thinks it’s impossible for me to receive a fair trial in Charleston, SC, though I disagree, which is why I’ve followed the exact letter of the law in every circumstance. I deeply believe in the American Justice System. Let’s hear Kristin’s point of view:

You Should Flee

In fact, she repeatedly encouraged me to commit a felony and try to flee the country! You can hear that here:

Lastly, I found nothing seductive about this offer to exchange sex for settlement, because per Kristin’s own words, those “Crazy Trump-Loving South Republicans” would never give me a fair trial because I’m a brown, Iranian-American Muslim. Could this be true? I hope not, as there are so many respectable, accomplished people in the Charleston area that I’ve come to admire. Hoping truth will out and justice will prevail as all these posts are bringing public records and my evidence to light.

Lastly, let’s not forget Judge Pogue’s decision, and then a formal reaffirmation of his decision to prevent me from seeing my children for even a few hours over Christmas, only because:

“Father is an Iranian Muslim and does not recognize Christmas.”

Judge Timothy Pogue

If this is not clear case of racism and religious intolerance, what is it? That was news to me and my family, who have treasured secular Christmas from the very beginning. It’s a huge holiday in Iran!

What do you think about all this? Could it be that racist stereotypes and innuendo have been valued over true facts in my case? Could it be that it’s time to allow my children to run back into the arms of their father for some shared custody? Let us hope. And pray.

Please scroll down to the comments below and share your point of view on this shocking series of recordings. And again, thanks so much for your enthusiastic support! I don’t know how I could have made through all this without the love and support of my family and friends. This is the first step in our creating community around Helping Every Loving Parent (HELP) to spend time with their children. Every story is important.

Footnote: I’m telling my story, sharing this intimate evidence, to shine the light of truth on how the Charleston Family Court has allowed my children to be harmed, deprived of a loving father, and used as ransom. There is no evidence of any unloving, ungenerous, irresponsible behavior on my part – ever. I want to rescue my boys and to be the loving, stable father they need in their lives. Is this asking too much?
